Traditional type of wines :
A complete range of 7 grapes varieties of Alsace, with the natural fruitiness of each one. They are to be served in their youth, but can improve from 2 to 6 years. They are greedy, fruity and remind us of the fresh grape which one crunches with full tooth.
Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir.

Wines with stony characteristics
Coming from excellent soils, produced according to the same draconian rules as the Grands Crus. These generous and complex wines age well.They express the nobility and the typicity of the soil.
Sector of Barr : Soil Rotland, Klevener de Heiligenstein, Rouge de Barr Sector of Ribeauvillé : Muhlforst soil, Kronenbourg soil, Rotenberg soil

Grands Crus
These best soils have been classified since 1975. These well aging wines are stamped with the elegance and the class of their origin. Full Boded, they age marvellosly, from 5 to 15 years and even more than 20 years for the best vintages.
The Kirchberg of Barr in Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer and the Schoenenbourg of Riquewihr in Riesling.

Late Harvest and "Sélection de grains nobles" wines
Resulting from the best soils, they represent the quintessence of the Alsace's Wines, comparable with best "syrupy wines", with a very great concentration of fruitiness, and with a body which make them wines of exception.

Crémants blancs et rosés
This great sparkling wine is ideal at the aperitif time. It could also be enjoyed with different desserts but it could also accompany a whole meal.
